STCW X-ray socks
I guess we could say that my plan on blogging in English only, in hopes on updating my blog more often, didn't work out too well. Then there has been headaches to blame, and I haven't really had much to blog about. However, now I have a few finished objects that I thought I'd share.
First up is a pair of socks, these were knit as part of a KAL (Knitalong) on Ravelry, in the
String Theory Colorworks group.

Baby Surprise Jacket
These socks are knit in String Theory Colorworks Entanglement, the colorway is called X-ray. I knit them on needles 2.25 mm, US 1, in the
Afterthought heel pattern, made by The Knit Girllls. I cast on 72 stitches, as that is usually correct for me, on 2.25 mm needles. I love these socks, they make me so happy. I love that the yarn is selfstriping, so that you don't have too many ends to weave in.

Abstract Fiber Twilight
I have also done some spinning. I have spun up and plied 4 oz of Polwarth from
Abstract Fiber, in the colorway Twilight.
I have also spun up and plied 4 oz of Merino/Tussah silk from
Cloudlover, this was the club fiber for August this year, called Morocco.
Out of the Cloudlover Morocco I spun this babyhat, the pattern is the
Very Basic Baby Beanie by Janet D. Russell. I knit it on needles 3,0 mm and 3,5 mm, US 2 1/2 and 4.
